Frederick University is seeking a highly motivated Data Analysis Officer to join its Academic Operations Planning & Data Analysis Office. The role supports the University's institutional and research-related activities through the monitoring, organization, analysis and reporting of relevant data. The ideal candidate must possess strong organizational and IT skills, as well as a willingness to learn and grow in a data-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

·         Assist in preparing and formatting reports based on data from various internal and external sources.

·         Analyze data and identify trends, patterns and opportunities that support informed decision-making.

·         Prepare reports, summaries, dashboards and presentations for University Management, Academic Departments and Committees.

·         Support institutional planning, quality assurance, accreditation and strategic initiatives through data analysis and reporting.

·         Respond to data requests and provide analytical support across the University.

·         Contribute to the continuous improvement of data collection, reporting processes and digital workflows.

·         Communicate and collaborate with academic and administrative units to ensure timely data submission and process compliance.

·         Validate, organize and maintain data to ensure its accuracy, consistency and quality for reporting and decision-making.

·         Contribute to the preparation of reports, documentation and supporting materials for audits, evaluations and institutional assessments.

·         Perform any other related duties assigned by the Supervisor.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, Business, Social Sciences, or another relevant discipline.

·         Strong analytical, numerical and problem-solving skills.

·         Excellent command of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.

·         Excellent written and spoken communication skills in Greek and English.

·         Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

·         Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

·         Previous experience of 1-2 years will be considered an advantage.
