At PHC Franchised Restaurants Public Ltd, we value innovation, teamwork, passion for great food and drive for results. We are seeking a skilled and experienced Data Analyst to join our team. As a Data Analyst, you'll have the opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals in a collaborative environment and help in turning raw data into actionable insights to support data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Generate reports, data entry and analysis to communicate insights effectively

• Gather data from various sources, including databases, spreadsheets, and external data providers

• Develop, maintain, and optimize dashboards and reports for various stakeholders

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decision-making

• Monitor and analyse main KPIs across multiple brands, including eCommerce channels

• Communicate and present findings and learnings to colleagues and senior management

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field

• Proven experience of 3-4 years as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role

• Excellent knowledge and proven experience in using Power BI, creating data models, dashboards and reports

• Additional experience in other analytics tools such as Tableau or any certification such us PL-300 or similar will be considered an advantage

• Excellent Knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Suite

• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, R, or similar

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail

• Excellent communication skills to convey findings to non-technical stakeholders.
