About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive Dealer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring trading platforms, overseeing trading activity and market exposure, executing client orders, and supporting the effective day-to-day operation of the dealing function.

Working closely with the Chief Dealer, Chief Operations Officer, and other relevant teams, the Dealer will help ensure smooth trading operations, effective risk monitoring, and compliance with the Company’s internal procedures and applicable regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of financial markets, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced trading environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor the Company’s trading platforms on a daily basis, ensuring their smooth and efficient operation.
• Perform routine platform monitoring and assess system performance, making adjustments to system parameters where necessary and authorised.
• Review client accounts and investigate queries relating to trading activity, order execution, and platform performance, providing appropriate resolutions or escalating issues when required.
• Execute client orders in accordance with the Company’s procedures and applicable requirements, and assist with trading-related enquiries.
• Monitor trading activity and market exposure, identify potential risks, and prepare relevant reports as required.
• Keep up to date with market developments and financial news, and prepare market updates and reports when required.
• Follow the processes and procedures outlined in the Company’s internal operations manual and comply with applicable laws, regulations, and directives.
• Provide operational and trading-related support to the Chief Dealer and Chief Operations Officer.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with internal company policies and procedures.
• Undertake any other relevant duties assigned by management.

 Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or another relevant field.
• Basic or Advanced Certification from the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC), as applicable to the role and regulatory requirements.
• At least 2–3 years of experience in a similar dealing or trading operations role, preferably within the CFD/Forex industry.
• Strong knowledge of trading risk management, market exposure monitoring, and hedging strategies.
• Good understanding of financial markets, trading instruments, and the regulatory framework applicable to financial services and investment firms.
• A sound understanding of financial and capital markets will be considered a significant advantage.
• Fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong computer literacy and the ability to work simultaneously across multiple trading platforms and systems.
• Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work accurately under pressure.
• A proactive, adaptable, and results-oriented approach, with strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while managing responsibilities independently.
