About The Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated and proactive Dealer to join our team. You will be an essential part of the team,  effectively monitor and maintain our trading systems and tools, spot issues in real time, and take corrective actions in a timely manner. High attention to detail, a strong willingness to learn, and the ability to work effectively under pressure are essential.

What You Will Do:

• Following daily procedures and producing daily reporting
• Monitoring, analysing & reporting clients’ trading behaviour, patterns & performance
• Following the company’s operational procedures and internal controls in compliance with regulatory requirements
• Monitor and maintain the department's trading systems
• Monitor and hedge company-level exposures according to established rules and guidelines
• Participating in Dealing Department projects

Who We Are Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Mathematics, Computer science, Engineering or any other related field
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in brokerage or dealing
• Trading Platforms: Strong knowledge of cTrader/MT4/MT5 platforms
• Risk Management: Solid understanding of exposure monitoring, hedging, and execution flows
• Organised and methodical personality, high attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure and be adaptable
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
• Willing to work on a shift rotation
