Cyprus Import Corporation Ltd (CiC Ltd), the General Distributor of Mercedes-Benz Group AG for Mercedes-Benz and Smart passenger and commercial vehicles, and of Daimler Truck AG for Mercedes-Benz and Fuso trucks and Mercedes-Benz buses, is seeking to hire a driven and commercially minded Deputy Retail Manager to support the day-to-day operations of our vehicle dealership at its facilities in Limassol. The successful candidate will work closely with the Retail Manager to ensure exceptional customer experiences, strong sales performance, and smooth operational delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

·  Assist in managing daily dealership operations, ensuring efficiency and high standards across all departments

·  Support the Retail Manager in achieving sales targets and profitability goals

·  Developing new partnerships with companies that maintain a fleet of vehicles

·  Developing and managing partnerships with leasing companies

·  Lead, motivate, and develop the sales and customer service teams

·  Monitor performance metrics and implement strategies for continuous improvement

·  Ensure outstanding customer satisfaction and handle escalated customer queries professionally

·  Oversee stock management, vehicle displays, and showroom presentation

·  Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations

·  Step in to manage the dealership in the absence of the Retail Manager

Requirements:

·   Previous experience in a retail management or supervisory role (automotive experience preferred)

·   Strong leadership and team management skills

·   Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

·   Commercial awareness with a results-driven mindset

·   Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

·   Strong organisational and problem-solving skills

·   Proficiency in standard business and sales software
