Digital Content Creator

Altamira Real Estate - doValue (Cyprus) Ltd

We are looking for a creative and digitally savvy Digital Content Creator to develop engaging content across our social media, website, email marketing, and digital campaigns. The successful candidate will bring fresh ideas, strong storytelling skills, and a passion for creating content that strengthens our brand presence, engages audiences, and supports business growth.

The position is based in Nicosia.

Responsibilities

·         Manage and coordinate media content across Google, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok and local press portals in collaboration with the digital agency.

·         Develop creative content aligned with business objectives, product initiatives, and audience insights.

·         Implement strategies to increase engagement, grow audiences, and drive traffic to the company's platforms.

·         Create high-quality visual, video, and written content to strengthen brand awareness and organic reach.

·         Prepare and edit marketing content, including blogs, newsletters, and website copy.

·         Collaborate with internal teams to communicate company news, events, and key announcements effectively.

·         Provide social media coverage and content creation for corporate events, exhibitions, and other brand activities.

·         Monitor content performance and industry trends to continuously optimize results.

Requirements

·         Any relevant or other degree

·         3+ years of proven experience in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing.

·         Fluency in both Greek and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

·         Strong understanding of social media platforms, content trends, audience engagement, and best practices.

·         Excellent copywriting, proofreading, and storytelling skills.

·         Proficiency in content creation and design tools such as Canva, Figma, or similar applications.

·         Experience in creating and editing video and static content for social media purposes.

·         Ability to analyze content performance and optimize campaigns based on insights and data.

·         Creative, proactive, highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated, with strong communication, collaboration, and time management skills.

·         Knowledge of basic SEO fundamentals and experience in the real estate industry will be considered as an advantage.
