About Us

Victoria Royal Investment Ltd is a growing property development company dedicated to designing, building, and delivering premium residential developments across Cyprus. We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to help drive our brand, generate qualified leads, and support our continued growth.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute the company’s digital marketing strategy.
Plan and manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other online advertising campaigns.
Generate high-quality buyer and investor leads.
Manage social media platforms, website content, and SEO.
Monitor campaign performance and optimize marketing ROI.
Work closely with the sales team to improve lead conversion.
Strengthen the company’s brand presence across digital channels.
Analyze market trends and identify new growth opportunities.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing.
Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, Google Analytics, and CRM systems.
Experience in lead generation and performance marketing.
Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
Real estate or property development experience is an advantage.
Fluent in English. Additional languages are a plus.
