This is a unique opportunity for a qualifies FCA or ACA with a strong background in accounting, tax, or audit to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of a growing and ambitious firm with international clientele.

Position: Director

Location: Paralimni, Cyprus

Type: Full-time, On site

Experience: Minimum 3-5 years post-qualification experience

Qualifications: ACA, ACCA or FCA

Key Responsibilities 

• Lead and oversee a team of professionals across accounting, tax and advisory functions
• Manage and grow client relationships, both local and international
• Provide strategic tac planning and advisory services to a diverse client base
• Ensure compliance with international tax regulations and local laws
• Contribute to the strategic direction and growth of the firm
• Review and sign off on complex tax computations, audits and financial reports
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to internal professional development

Candidate Profile

• Fully qualified ACA or FCA, ideally with Big 4 or top-tier firm experience
• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant post-qualification experience in audit, tax or advisory
• Strong understanding of international tax structures, compliance, and regulatory frameworks
• Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills
• Fluent in English; Greek is a strong advantage
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and drive results
