Fetch is looking for a proactive Dispatcher Coordinator to lead daily operations and ensure seamless, efficient, and timely delivery performance.

 

As a Dispatcher Coordinator, you will lead a team of delivery associates, overseeing the loading of packages into vehicles and ensuring timely deliveries to customers homes and businesses. 

 

Your role will be critical in supporting Fetch’s mission to provide reliable deliveries. You'll take ownership of daily operations, motivate your team, and contribute to a smooth, customer-focused experience.

 

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

• Recruit and create a strong team of delivery associates
• Oversee package loading and dispatch operations at the delivery station
• Manage and support delivery associates to ensure on-time deliveries
• Monitor real-time delivery progress and address any operational challenges
• Maintain high standards for safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction

• Ability to work in a fast-changing, dynamic environment
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities
• A commitment to teamwork and customer service excellence
