Driver & Personal Support Role (Limassol)

We are seeking a reliable, discreet, and compassionate Driver & Personal Support Assistant to support a primary individual with a disability, based in Limassol. A vehicle will be provided for work-related duties.

The role has three clearly defined areas of focus, with the primary responsibility being the care and mobility support of the individual with a disability.

Primary Focus (Core Role): Support for Individual with a Disability

· Safe and reliable transportation to appointments, daily activities, and essential engagements

· Providing physical assistance when entering and exiting the vehicle, where required

· Ensuring comfort, dignity, and personal safety at all times

· Maintaining a calm, patient, and respectful environment

· Supporting consistency, punctuality, and routine throughout the day

Secondary Focus: Business-Related Errands

· Running ad-hoc errands connected to the business owned by the primary individual

· Transporting documents, small items, or supplies as required

· Supporting smooth day-to-day logistics when requested

Additional Focus: Family Support (Occasional)

· Assisting with personal or household errands for the family of the primary individual

· Occasional school runs or family-related transportation, as required

· Supporting flexibility around family needs in a safe and professional manner

Working Hours: 08:00 – 18:00 (Monday to Friday / schedule to be confirmed)

Requirements

· Valid Cyprus driving licence

· Strong knowledge of Limassol and surrounding areas

· Fluent Greek and English preferred

· Punctual, dependable, patient, and discreet

· Previous experience in a similar role or with vulnerable individuals is an advantage
