Short description:

The E-Commerce Officer reports to the Director of Commercial & Business Development. The main area of responsibility is to maximize e-commerce revenues of the assigned portfolios at Larnaka and Pafos airports to achieve the commercial financial targets and increase non-aero revenues, in line with the commercial strategy of the company.

Other areas of responsibility include:

• Develop and implement promotional programs to ensure maximum performance of commercial portfolios, annual sales growth and increased revenues
• Market and promote airports’ new and expanded services through online sales platform to the travelling public and contribute to the increase of non-aeronautical revenues
• Work closely with the airports’ concessionaires to maximise non-aeronautical revenues by actively promoting their products or services including offering bundling of products and services to support concessionaires’ development activities
• Establish and maintain solid relations with other departments, stakeholders, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure effective overall coordination, support and exchange of information

Qualifications:

• Degree in related field
• Minimum 2 years relevant working experience as an e-commerce officer or a similar role with knowledge of e-commerce
• Very good knowledge of Greek and English languages (verbal and written)
