The Client:
CYPET Technologies LTD is an international manufacturer of machinery for the production of plastic bottles. They are the global leaders in single stage Injection Stretch Blow Molding equipment for production of large PET containers, as well as PET containers with integrated handles. 

The Position:

On behalf of our Client, CYPET Technologies Ltd, we are looking to recruit a skilled and highly motivated Electrical Engineer to join our newly formed Electrical Engineering team,

As an Electrical Engineer, you will take ownership and take care of the Electrical Engineering tasks of projects as well as you will play a critical role in developing and optimizing our products, systems and processes.

Duties and Responsibilities:

·        Electrical wiring of machines, including fault diagnosis and troubleshooting.

·        Design, prepare and maintain Electrical drawings for the machines.

·        Coordination with external vendors for selection and ordering of hardware relating to existing or new CYPET machines.

·        Provide Technical support to customers for issues relating to electrical wiring or hardware– remotely or at customer premises.

·        Preparation and maintenance of technical documentation and training manuals

·        Prepare and perform electrical training sessions to teach other Teams internally.

·        From time to time, travelling to customer premises for commissioning or troubleshooting of machines. This can include multiple trips abroad.

Other:

·        Abide by the company code of conduct.

·        After Sales Support may require travelling to the customer premises, mostly located abroad.

·        Industrial Robot programming and commissioning

·        Pneumatic Systems

·        Programming of machine PLCs and HMIs

Skills/ Qualifications/ Experience:

·        Degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineer or similar with a minimum grade of 2:1 (60%)

·        Postgraduate degree in a similar field will be considered an advantage

·        Good knowledge of electronics and electrical systems

·        Good PC skills: Word/Excel/Outlook

·        Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings

·        Knowledge of FuidDraw will be considered an advantage

Location:
The position is for the Client’s Offices and Factory in Dali, Nicosia.
