This is a part-time, on-site English Second Language Teacher role based at Steps Private Institute in Nicosia, Cyprus. The teacher will deliver engaging English lessons to learners of varying ages and proficiency levels, using a range of interactive and communicative teaching methods. Daily responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, selecting appropriate materials, assessing student progress, and providing constructive feedback. The role involves supporting learners in exam preparation, maintaining accurate records of student performance and attendance and participating in staff and parent-teacher meetings.
Possible Working Days & Hours
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, from 2:30-7:30pm.
Qualifications
• Candidates do not need any previous teaching experience.
• Candidates need to be proficient in Greek.
• Candidates should have KY.SATS approved bachelors degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field.
