Pafilia is seeking to recruit an ERP Specialist to manage, implement, and continuously improve the Group’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, ensuring that it operates efficiently and effectively to support evolving business needs. The successful candidate will own the configuration and support of the ERP system, contribute to resource planning, and work closely with Finance, Procurement, Operations, and other key stakeholders. The role will also involve supporting BI reporting and AI-driven automation projects in collaboration with the Business Applications team.

Location: Paphos

Main Responsibilities:

•     Act as member of the internal Project Management team for the implementation of the ERP system across the group

•     Configure, customize, and maintain the ERP system to support finance, procurement, and operations workflows

•     Provide functional and technical support for ERP-related user queries and issues

•     Develop and maintain BI reports and dashboards to support management reporting

•     Contribute to AI-driven automation projects across the business

•     Collaborate with the Business Applications team on CRM and Document management integration touchpoints

•     Support vendor coordination for ERP-related third-party modules, consultants, or implementation partners

•     Document ERP configurations, processes, and known issues for internal knowledge continuity

Necessary requirements:

•     3–5 years of experience working with an ERP system (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics, SAP Business One, Atlantis or similar), including configuration and support

•     Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases

•     Experience with a business intelligence/reporting tool (Targit, Power BI, or similar)

•     Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

•     Good communication skills and ability to work directly with non-technical business users

•     Fluent English (Greek an advantage)

Additional Requirements (will be an advantage)

•     Experience in the real estate, construction, or property management sector

•     Exposure to AI/automation tooling (Power Automate or similar)

•     Familiarity with M-Files or other document management systems
