We are looking for a Software Developer to join our Technology Team.
 

We are looking for a Software Developer to join our team and help us build smart, reliable solutions using Java and Spring Boot. You will work closely with teams across the business to turn ideas into clean, efficient, and scalable code. It’s a great opportunity to be part of projects that make a real difference to our customers and to grow your skills in a supportive, fast-paced environment

 

Location: This is a full-time remote/work-from-home position suitable for candidates in Cyprus or within the GMT+2 time zone (+/-2 hours)

What will you be doing?
 

• Design, develop and maintain of software applications using Java and Spring Boot
• Enhance existing systems by analyzing business objectives
• Maintain existing software applications by identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving any defects
• Contribute to continuous improvement of software development practices
• Create technical specifications, prepare test plans and perform testing procedures
• Maintain operational and technical documentation

• University degree in Computer Science or a relevant field.
• At least two years of experience in a similar position.
• Proficiency in the Java programming language.
• Hands-on experience with the Spring Boot framework.
• Strong SQL programming skills.
• Good experience with RESTful and SOAP web services.
• Demonstrated knowledge of web technologies, such as HTML5, JavaScript, and CSS.
• Any experience with AngularJS, Redis, RabbitMQ, Dockers, or Microservices will be considered an advantage.
• A solid understanding of software design patterns.
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks under high-pressure conditions.
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
