Event Assistant / Registration Assistant

 

Position Overview

 

We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable team members to support our events throughout the day.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist at registration pods and register attendees on-site
• Manage crowds and direct attendees to the correct queues
• Answer general event-related questions
• Coordinate with box runners and clients
• Escalate attendee inquiries to the Operations Team when needed
• Scan QR codes on attendee badges

 Requirements:

• Proficient in both verbal and written English communication.
• Professional and friendly attitude
• Strong communication skills
• Available to work a full event day
