Enjoy hands-on work and bringing events to life?

We’re looking for an organized and reliable Events & Brand Activations Coordinator to support the delivery of our beer and spirits events across Cyprus.

You’ll prepare and set up branded spaces, coordinate promotional materials, and make sure each activation looks its best and runs smoothly, following the plans agreed with the Marketing Managers.

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you’ll work closely with Marketing, Sales, and customers to deliver high-quality events.

What you’ll do

• Collect, load, transport, and unload point-of-sale (POS) materials, promotional equipment, and event items.
• Drive a company van to event venues and customer outlets across Cyprus.
• Set up branding, displays, and promotional materials according to agreed layouts and Marketing instructions.
• Ensure materials are correctly positioned, tidy, and well presented.
• Coordinate delivery and setup timings with internal teams, venues, and suppliers.
• Provide practical support during events and resolve on-site issues.
• Dismantle setups after events and return materials to storage.
• Keep promotional materials organized, check their condition, and report damaged or missing items.
• Share photos and brief updates with the Marketing team to confirm setup and highlight any issues.

What you’ll bring

• Experience in event setup, merchandising, deliveries, or a similar practical role is an advantage.
• A valid driving license and confidence in driving the company van.
• A hands-on approach and a positive attitude towards helping with loading, unloading, lifting, and event setup tasks safely.
• Good organizational skills, reliability, and an eye for detail and presentation.
• The ability to follow agreed plans and solve practical problems on-site.
• A friendly, professional approach when working with colleagues, and customers, and suppliers.
• Good communication skills in Greek and English. 

• Flexibility and a positive attitude towards working evenings and weekends when needed for events
