Louis Hotels, a chain of 25 hotels & resorts with over 80 years of experience in the hospitality industry, is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team in Louis Paphos Breeze as the Executive Chef and uphold our commitment to excellence in hospitality.
Main Responsibilities:
· Ensure that the culinary needs of guests are exceeded resulting in a positive dining experience.
· Oversee the entire kitchen department operation, including hiring, training, and supervising employees.
· Lead, mentor, and motivate the culinary team, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence.
· Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
· Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure that the overall guest experience is seamless and enjoyable.
· Comply with all company-related kitchen standards and operating procedures.
· Ensure that all kitchen employees adhere strictly to the food preparation and safety regulations.
Job Requirements:
· Graduate from a culinary arts school.
· A minimum of three years’ experience in a kitchen leadership position.
· Excellent culinary knowledge, including food preparation, menu planning, recipe development, and presentation.
· Excellent command of the Greek and English language.
· Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
· Creative and innovative with a passion for culinary excellence.
· Ability to multitask and prioritize as well as to anticipate problems and find practical solutions quickly.
· Excellent knowledge of various cuisines and cooking techniques.
· EU Nationality or eligibility to work within the EU.
