The role of the Executive Chef requires strong leadership and the ability to manage high-volume production while maintaining consistent quality and brand standards. The successful candidate should have proven experience in luxury hospitality or high-end food operations, excellent knowledge of modern culinary techniques, strong menu and product development skills, and the ability to oversee staff training, kitchen organization, and day-to-day execution. The Executive Chef must also ensure full compliance with food safety and hygiene standards, as well as effective cost control and inventory management.
