Job Title: Facilities & Operations Supervisor

Location:  My Mall Limassol

Duties & Responsibilities:

·  Organize and supervise daily and specialized cleaning tasks based on operational needs and company    standards.

·  Ensure all assigned areas are maintained to a high standard of cleanliness, including proper waste and recycling management.

·  Monitor team performance, provide guidance, and motivate staff to achieve quality and efficiency        targets.

· Prepare and manage staff schedules, duty rosters, and task allocation.

· Maintain records and handle administrative duties, including reporting on operations, staff performance,    and incidents.

· Report any damages in building facilities to the relevant maintenance department.

· Report equipment or machinery faults to the Company’s Technical Maintenance Team and follow up on  resolution.

· Ensure full compliance with company cleaning procedures, standards, and quality protocols.

· Support management with administrative coordination and operational planning.

·  Perform any other related duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

• Graduate of higher education or a hospitality school will be considered as an advantage.
• Strong leadership and team-motivation skills.
• Excellent organizational and administrative abilities.
• Dynamic personality.
• Very good command of Greek and English languages.
• Previous experience in a similar position or as a housekeeper will be considered an advantage.

    Working Hours & Benefits:

·         Stable full-time employment

·         Five (5) working days per week on a rotating schedule morning – afternoon shifts (Monday–Sunday)
