Blue Dragon Private Security Services Ltd is conducting a structured selection process for Fast Response Unit Officers — FRU.

This is not a standard security job opening. Candidates will be evaluated through physical, behavioural, and operational assessment stages designed to identify individuals with exceptional discipline, professionalism, reliability, and operational capability.

The role is suitable for candidates who are physically capable, mentally focused, and ready to work in a demanding security environment involving patrol operations, rapid response, VIP support, and high-level security assignments.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct professional SUV and/or motorcycle patrol operations to ensure safety, security, and operational readiness
• Respond promptly and effectively to incidents, alarms, emergencies, and security-related situations
• Support and assist in the execution of security operations, events, and high-profile assignments
• Escort and protect VIPs when required
• Follow operational procedures, security protocols, and reporting standards
• Maintain a high level of professionalism, discipline, appearance, and conduct at all times

Selection Process

Candidates will go through a competitive selection process which includes:

• Application screening
• Physical testing — timed and strict
• Discipline and behavioural assessment
• Interview under pressure
• Final evaluation and selection

Only candidates who meet the required standards at each stage will proceed further.

Mandatory Minimum Physical Requirements

Candidates must be able to complete the following:

• 2 km run in 9 minutes or less
• Minimum 14 dips
• Minimum 10 pull-ups

These requirements are mandatory and will be tested during the selection process.

Candidate Requirements

• Clean criminal record, issued within the last 6 months, to be presented during the interview process
• Legal right to work in Cyprus without restrictions. !EU NATIONALS ONLY!
• Valid driving licence
• Motorcycle licence Category A or A2 will be considered an advantage
• Fluency in both Greek and English
• High level of discipline, professionalism, and reliability
• Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure

• Professional appearance and conduct

   

Compensation & Benefits

• Gross monthly salary up to €3,000
• Working hours up to 48 hours per week
