Finance & Operations Associate

Our client a growing business group active in the financial services, fintech, payments, and business consulting sectors. Their business activities involve cooperation with banks, EMIs, PSPs, fintech providers, and international business clients across different industries.
We are looking for a motivated professional to join the team and work closely with management across finance, operations, and business activities.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis across group entities
Monitor operational expenses and support cost control initiatives
Identify operational inefficiencies and propose process improvements
Prepare management reports, operational summaries, and financial overviews
Coordinate accounting, audit, compliance, and regulatory reporting obligations
Liaise with auditors, consultants, banks, compliance providers, and external advisors
Assist with reconciliations and internal financial controls
Maintain internal reporting calendars and monitor deadlines
Support banking, payments, and operational processes
Coordinate internal documentation, resolutions, and operational matters
Monitor ongoing projects and ensure timely execution of tasks
Assist management with day-to-day operational and strategic initiatives
Requirements
Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
ACA / ACCA qualification (completed or in progress) will be considered an advantage
Strong analytical and numerical skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Office tools
Commercial awareness and business-oriented mindset
Ability to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
Fluent English required
Previous experience within financial services, fintech, payments, or regulated industries will be considered an advantage
