Financial Controller & FP&A Manager
We are seeking a highly capable Financial Controller & FP&A Manager to lead our financial reporting, planning, and performance management agenda.
This role combines financial control, compliance, and governance with strategic planning, forecasting, and business partnering, supporting both management decision-making and operational performance across the business.
Main Responsibilities
Lead all financial reporting activities, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with internal policies and statutory requirements.
Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual closing and reporting cycles.
Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and annual operating plan processes.
Monitor and analyze actual vs. budget / forecast performance and provide actionable business insights.
Prepare and present management reports and explain financial performance deviations.
Support the achievement of profitability, cash flow, and operational targets.
Act as finance partner to Commercial, Supply Chain, and Operations teams.
Lead Supply Chain Finance and support all operational financial requirements.
Ensure strong internal controls, compliance, and governance across finance processes.
Support CapEx, productivity, treasury, and working capital management.
Ideal Candidate
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
Professional qualification such as ACCA and ACA is strongly preferred
Relevant experience in Financial Control and/or FP&A roles
Proven experience in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis
Strong understanding of IFRS/local GAAP, internal controls, and compliance frameworks
Experience working in fast-paced, multi-functional environments (e.g., FMCG, manufacturing, or similar industries is a plus)
Demonstrated ability to partner with senior stakeholders and influence business decisions
Advanced proficiency in Excel and strong familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP or similar)
Experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI) is considered an advantage
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into clear business insights
Excellent communication and presentation skills
High level of attention to detail, accuracy, and ownership
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
