We are looking for a Floor Manager to join our team!

What will you do at wagamama?

• Lead by example and deliver exceptional wagamama service.
• Pay attention to detail and maintain the highest standards of quality.
• Create brilliant customer experiences that keep guests coming back.
• Motivate, support and manage the team to deliver the unique wagamama style of service.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position
• Customer Service Enthusiast
• Team Player
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Fluent in English and/or Greek
• Any other language will be considered an advantage
