Radisson Blu Hotel Larnaca, a prestigious 5-star hotel known for its exceptional hospitality and service, is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Floor Supervisor to join our housekeeping team.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the smooth operation of the assigned floors.
• Organize and oversee the room cleaning process.
• Supervise the cleanliness of guest rooms and corridors.
• Inspect occupied and departure rooms.
• Attend promptly to guest needs and special requests.
• Handle guest requests, including VIP amenities, and coordinate with relevant departments.
• Respond professionally to customer complaints and special requests.
• Inspect rooms and public areas (e.g., stairways, lounges) for cleanliness and maintenance issues.
• Manage the lost and found procedure.
• Report maintenance issues to the Maintenance Department.
• Assist the Executive Housekeeper.
• Train housekeeping staff on cleaning standards and maintenance procedures.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation policies.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Housekeeping or Floor Supervisor in a hotel environment.
• Proficiency in using cleaning equipment and products safely.
• Strong organizational and team management skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• EU citizen or holder of a valid EU work permit.
