Leonardo Hotels & Resorts Mediterranean is currently seeking a dedicated and motivated Floor Supervisor to join the Housekeeping team at GrandResort by Leonardo Hotels.
Key Responsibilities
Distribute daily workload fairly among Room Attendants and Public Area Cleaners.
Supervise and support housekeeping staff to ensure the highest cleanliness standards are maintained.
Inspect guest rooms, including arrivals, departures, vacant clean rooms, suites, and VIP rooms.
Ensure all public areas, restaurants, offices, staff areas, pool areas, and conference rooms meet the hotel's cleanliness standards.
Assist Room Attendants whenever required.
Complete room status reports and report any irregularities to the Executive Housekeeper.
Ensure Lost & Found procedures are followed correctly.
Coordinate with the Technical Department regarding repairs, maintenance issues, and damages.
Ensure the proper use of cleaning products, equipment, and materials.
Monitor housekeeping equipment and machines to ensure they are maintained and in good working condition.
Work closely with Reception, Maintenance, and Linen Room teams to ensure the timely preparation of guest rooms.
Qualifications & Requirements
✔ Previous experience in a similar position within a hotel environment. ✔ Graduate of a Hotel School or Hospitality Management program. ✔ Good knowledge of Greek and/or English. ✔ Basic computer skills. ✔ Strong organizational and leadership skills. ✔ Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
