As a Food and Beverage Division Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading one of the most dynamic and innovative departments in our hotels. Whether overseeing multiple themed restaurants, a sophisticated main dining room, or vibrant bars and venues, your leadership will ensure the seamless operation and continued success of our food and beverage services.
Key Responsibilities:
Maximizing the profitability of the Food & Beverage department.
Ensuring smooth daily operations with consistently high standards in food production and service.
Preparing and managing the department budget, ensuring alignment with targets.
Collaborating with the Executive Chef to develop and implement creative and innovative menus.
Upholding Health and Safety procedures, ensuring compliance by all team members.
Enhancing the guest dining experience by maintaining exceptional quality and service.
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
Degree in Hotel Management.
A minimum of 4 years’ experience as a Food & Beverage Manager in a 4 or 5-star hotel.
Excellent command of the English language.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Expertise in menu planning, costing, and understanding current F&B trends.
Experience with hospitality management systems (e.g., Micros POS, Fidelio, Materials Control).
Strong leadership and managerial skills with a guest-oriented and service-minded approach.
Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities.
EU citizenship or a valid EU work permit.

Founded in 1962 by Mr. Theodosis Karaolis, Kanika has grown in size, reputation and service.
