Key Duties:

• KYC: Perform full KYC verification procedure for clients
• Support: Provide clients platform support via chat, email and phone
• Work closely with other department to achieve company set objectives
• Finance: Assist clients and call centre in any clients related financial queries and issues 
• Implement the customer service policies of the company

Requirements:

• European Union work permit
• Flexible working hours
• Fluent in English written and spoken 
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Ability to take ownership of requested tasks
• Extra language will be considered an advantage
• Any similar job experience will be considered a very strong advantage

Employment conditions:

• Full time position
• Full training will be provided
• 22 days annual leave
• 13th salary
• Provident Fund
