About Arise Active

Arise Active is one of Cyprus’ leading fitness facilities, focused on delivering a premium training environment and outstanding member experience. We are looking for a professional, energetic, and service-oriented individual to join our front-of-house team.

This role is ideal for candidates with experience in hospitality, hotels, customer service, wellness, or premium reception environments who enjoy working in a fast-paced, people-focused setting.

 

Key Responsibilities

•       Deliver a professional and welcoming experience to all members and visitors

•       Manage member check-ins, bookings, enquiries, and daily reception operations

•       Handle phone calls, emails, and member communication across multiple platforms, including social media

•       Support membership administration and payment processing

•       Maintain high presentation standards throughout the reception area

•       Coordinate smoothly with trainers, management, and other departments to ensure excellent daily operations

•       Assist in maintaining a positive, organized, and high-energy environment

 

Requirements

•       Previous experience in reception, hospitality, customer service, hotel operations, or similar front-facing roles

•       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

•       Fluent Greek and English (spoken and written)

•       Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

•       Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

•       Professional appearance and positive attitude

•       Basic computer and social media knowledge

 

Working Schedule

Shift rotation includes:

• Monday – Friday:

 07:00 – 14:30

 14:30 – 22:00

• Weekend shifts on rotation:

 Saturday: 08:00 – 16:00

 Sunday: 09:00 – 13:00
