Job Description
We are looking to hire a motivated and organized Front Desk & Office Administrator to join our team in Limassol on a full-time basis.
The Front Desk & Officer Administrator is the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere while also managing various administrative tasks that help streamline the office operations. This role combines customer service and administrative functions, ensuring smooth communication both internally and externally.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate office administration and facility management activities, including vendor coordination (maintenance, cleaning) to ensure workplace safety and operational continuity.
- Manage switchboard operations, handling incoming calls and directing inquiries appropriately.
- Oversee mailroom operations, including incoming/outgoing courier services and internal mail distribution across company facilities.
- Provide front desk and visitor management services, ensuring professional reception support and meeting room coordination.
- Administer meeting room booking systems, ensuring room readiness, cleanliness, and scheduling accuracy.
- Support departments with document management services and showroom appointment tracking.
- Support interdepartmental communication and daily operational coordination
- Coordinate appointments, meetings, and office schedules.
- Prepare letters, reports, and other administrative documentation.
- Update internal records, databases, and office files.
- Provide general administrative support to management and staff.
Requirements:
- Previous experience for 2-3 years in an administrative, office support, or secretarial position.
- Outstanding customer services skills, professional verbal & written communication skills in English, Greek, Russian will be a plus.
- Strong working knowledge of relevant computer software including MS Office.
- Professional attitude and ability to work efficiently under daily priorities.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong organizational and administration skills with close attention to detail.
