MAIN RESPOSIBILITIES

• Welcoming and greeting guests and receive their tokens to entry the games.
• Responsible for the safety of the children while playing.
• Responsible for the games to be cleaned at all time.
• Providing excellent customer service
• Responsible for all chargeable equipment to be charged at all time
• Providing accurate wait times and monitoring easy flow of the children entrance to the games
• Maintaining a clean and organised at all times all gaming areas.
• Answering guests and visitors enquiries in a professional manner
• Tend to special guest needs and requests
• Ensuring  health and safety policies and procedures are implemented and maintained
• Attend job specific trainings
• Attend team communication meetings

KEY REQUIREMENTS

Skills

• Fluent in Greek and English is a must
• Strong planning and organizational skills
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in shifts as needed

Personality characteristics

• Warm, engaging and professional
• Confident and well presented
• Work under pressure and able to multitask
• Attention to detail

Level of Experience 

• Experience working as a game controller or Host/ess is a plus
• High school diploma and/or hospitality certification

The Kyklaminon functions seven days a week, until last customer leave. All employees must realize the fact and be aware that at times it may be necessary to move an employee from their normal duty hours as business demand. He/she should understand as well that business determines the amount of working hours. It might be that he/she has to work less hours or the opposite can occur.
