Louis Hotels, a chain of 25 hotels & resorts with over 80 years of experience in the hospitality industry, is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team in Ivi Mare as the Gardener and contribute towards our commitment to excellence in hospitality.

Main Responsibilities:

•  Plant and nurture trees, flowers, shrubs, and lawns.
•  Maintain the health and appearance of the hotel's gardens through regular watering, fertilizing, weeding, and pruning.
•  Operate gardening tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
•  Identify and treat plant diseases and pest infestations.
•  Perform seasonal tasks such as planting seasonal flowers, leaf removal, and preparing gardens for        winter.
•  Interact professionally and courteously with guests, providing information about our plants and gardens as needed.
• Ensure all gardening activities comply with health and safety regulations and hotel policies.

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in gardening, landscaping, or groundskeeping; experience in a hotel or resort is a plus.
• Knowledge of plant care.
• Ability to operate gardening tools and machinery.
• Good physical condition and ability to perform manual labor.
• Basic knowledge of pest and disease control.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•  EU Nationality or eligibility to work within.
