Key Responsibilities

• Carry out scheduled preventive maintenance inspections and routine checks on building systems, equipment, and facilities.
• Perform minor repair and maintenance works, including basic plumbing, carpentry, painting, and general handyman tasks.
• Provide first-line troubleshooting and basic repairs for electrical systems, mechanical equipment, household and commercial appliances, and air conditioning systems.
• Identify faults, assess maintenance needs, and promptly report issues that require specialist or external contractor support.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, service reports, and related documentation.
• Follow health and safety regulations, company procedures, and safe working practices at all times.
• Plan, prioritise, and complete maintenance tasks efficiently and within agreed timelines.
• Assist with other technical, operational, and maintenance-related duties as required.

Essential Requirements

• Proven experience in a handyman, maintenance technician, facilities maintenance, or similar role.
• Good understanding of preventive maintenance procedures and safe working practices.
• Basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems and their operating principles.
• Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and basic testing equipment safely and effectively.
• Good troubleshooting, problem-solving, and practical repair skills.
• Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Additional Advantages

• Technical certification or vocational training in Electrical, Mechanical, Maintenance, or a related field.
• Relevant trade certifications.
• First Aid certification.
• Certification or training in fire protection systems, fire equipment inspection, maintenance, or fire safety.
• Knowledge of additional languages.

Language Requirements

•  Good command of English and Greek, both written and spoken.

Computer Skills

• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to maintain digital maintenance records, reports, and related documentation.
