"We’re looking for a German-speaking Quality Control Officer to join our team. You’ll be the bridge between our German-speaking clients and our compliance standards, ensuring every interaction is professional and helpful.

What you’ll do:

• Listen to calls and review chats in German to ensure quality and compliance.
• Help our teams improve by providing fair, constructive feedback.
• Keep simple reports on your findings.

What we’re looking for:

• Native or fluent German (written and spoken).
• A solid grasp of English.
• A background in Forex/Fintech is a big plus.
• Someone who is detail-oriented but also a great communicator.
• Comfort using Excel and trading platforms like MT4/MT5.
