Global Logistics Executive – FMCG Sector | Based in Limassol

An established international trading firm active in the FMCG sector is on the lookout for a talented Logistics Executive to lead and enhance its shipping operations on a global scale. Role Purpose:

The ideal candidate will coordinate global inbound and outbound freight operations, maintain accurate shipping schedules, and work actively to minimize logistics costs. Attention to timelines and inventory accuracy is essential.

Main Duties:

• • Coordinate and manage global transport operations for goods across various regions.
• • Handle freight negotiations with forwarders and transport agents to secure optimal rates and service.
• • Compare shipping options by cost, delivery speed, and reliability to select the best approach.
• • Track all shipments to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
• • Stay compliant with local port protocols and international trade regulations.
• • Control freight budgets, ensure compliance with quality benchmarks, and oversee inventory and logistics performance.
• • Resolve any transport delays, quality issues, or shipment discrepancies swiftly and effectively.

Candidate Profile:

• • Degree in Logistics, Shipping, Transportation, or a similar field.
• • At least 3 years’ hands-on experience in managing international shipments, customs clearance, and logistics coordination.
• • Proven track record in working with freight forwarders globally and securing favorable terms.
• • Solid negotiation and communication skills, especially in English (both written and spoken).
• • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
• • Only candidates who meet the above experience criteria will be considered.
