Job Description

OS3 Digital, a leading full-service digital agency based in Larnaca, is seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. This full-time position is ideal for individuals passionate about visual storytelling and capable of translating complex ideas into compelling visuals. We value creativity, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of design principles.

Responsibilities

• Creative Design: Create stunning graphics for digital and print — including social media, websites, ads, brochures, and more.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure designs align with brand guidelines and communicate visual harmony across all channels.
• Collaboration: Work with the marketing and web teams to bring campaigns to life.
• Client Interaction: Join client meetings when needed and offer design input aligned with their goals.
• Revisions: Take feedback positively and refine work until it shines.
• Project Management: Handle multiple tasks with professionalism and punctuality.

Requirements

• Degree or diploma in Graphic Design or a related field (preferred).
• A solid portfolio showcasing design skills — experience is a plus.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Bonus: Experience with Figma or Sketch.
• Eye for layout, color, and typography.
• Clear communicator with a flexible mindset.
