The Role

As a Graphic & Web Designer, you will play a key role in shaping the visual output of ISX Financial across multiple channels. You will work closely with the marketing team to produce compelling, on-brand creatives for websites, landing pages, social media, presentations, and wider digital campaigns.

This role is ideal for someone who can confidently balance creativity and practicality with strategic thinking, delivering design work that is not only visually strong, but also drives user engagement and higher conversion rates.

We are looking for someone who is creative, reliable, and motivated to produce great work. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working across a variety of formats, confident collaborating with a wider team, and passionate about building strong, modern brand communications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design high-quality creative assets for a wide range of marketing and brand activity
• Create visually engaging designs for:
  • Websites
  • Landing pages
  • Social media content
  • Corporate and sales presentations
  • Digital marketing materials
• Develop clean, modern web page designs aligned with brand guidelines and business objectives on platforms such as HubSpot or WordPress or Webflow
• Work closely with the marketing team on campaigns, launches, events, and ongoing brand initiatives
• Ensure consistency across all visual communications and customer-facing touchpoints
• Prepare design assets for digital use across web, social, and presentation formats
• Contribute fresh creative ideas that enhance the overall visual presence for the ISX Financial ecosystem.

Required Experience & Skills

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly:
  • Adobe Illustrator
  • Adobe Photoshop
• Strong working knowledge of Figma
• Wordpress Experience
• Proven experience designing:
  • Websites
  • Landing pages
  • Social media creatives
  • Presentations
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, branding, and visual hierarchy
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work to deadline
• Excellent attention to detail and a strong standard of execution
• A portfolio that demonstrates both graphic and web design capabilities

Advantageous Skills

• Experience with Webflow
• Previous experience in fintech or financial services
• Experience working within an in-house marketing team or fast-paced commercial environment
• Understanding of digital marketing creative and conversion-led design principles
