The Guest Services Manager holds a crucial role in transforming Kanika guests into loyal friends and fans. This position offers numerous rewards from guests, colleagues, and management. Key Responsibilities:
- Escort educational groups on hotel tours and provide information folders
- Extend a warm welcome and farewell to all guests
- Contact regular and VIP guests upon arrival and maintain ongoing communication
- Assist guests with inquiries and resolve minor issues
- Address guest complaints and queries as needed
- Offer suggestions to enhance guests' stays
- Process guest questionnaires and compile monthly satisfaction reports
- Coordinate weekly welcome cocktail parties for guests
- Promote and participate in Public Relations activities
Qualifications and Experience:
- Diploma in Hospitality Management, Public Relations, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in a 4 or 5-star hotel
- Friendly, guest-oriented personality
- Strong team player supporting all departments
- Fluent in English and Greek; additional languages are a plus
- Proficient in computer skills; knowledge of Fidelio is an advantage
- EU citizen or holder of an EU work permit
