We are currently looking for an experienced and passionate Hairdresser / Hairstylist to join our team and provide our guests with professional hairdressing services delivered with warmth, care and attention to detail.

YOUR ROLE

As a Hairdresser / Hairstylist, you will:

• Provide professional women’s and men’s haircuts, reflecting current styles and individual guest preferences.
• Deliver beautiful blow-dries, styling and evening hairstyles for guests and special occasions.
• Consult with guests to understand their individual needs and recommend suitable hairstyles and treatments.
• Create a personalized, professional and welcoming experience for every guest.
• Maintain the highest standards of hygiene, cleanliness and presentation within the hairdressing area.
• Ensure all tools, equipment and products are properly maintained and used safely.
• Maintain a polished and professional appearance and contribute to a relaxed and luxurious guest experience.
• Work closely and collaboratively with the Spa and Hotel teams to ensure seamless service.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

You are a professional who combines technical expertise with genuine care for people and ideally possess:

• Previous professional experience as a Hairdresser / Hairstylist.
• A relevant professional qualification or graduation from a recognized hairdressing or beauty school.
• Good command of English; additional languages will be an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A strong guest-service mindset and professional attitude.
• The ability to work independently while being a positive and collaborative team member.
• Excellent attention to detail and a strong commitment to hygiene and professional standards.
• Previous experience in a hotel, spa, resort or luxury hospitality environment is an advantage.
• EU citizenship or the appropriate legal work authorization for Cyprus.
