Your main responsibilities:
Monitor all the daily operations of the housekeeping department, including the cleanliness of all properties.
Oversee the housekeeping department budget, take inventory, and ensure there is a stock of adequate cleaning supplies.
Liaise and coordinate the flow of work with any outside partner.
Lead, hire, and train hotel housekeeping staff to adhere to our high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
Inspect the properties to determine areas that need repairs and/or maintenance.
Establish and implement operating procedures and standards.
Review regularly standard operating procedures and suggest updates for policies to the General Manager.
Record and keep data regarding work assignments and prepare reports daily.
Your main qualifications/skills:
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in housekeeping management as an executive housekeeper or other similar position
Fluency in Greek and English, additional language is a plus.
Demonstrated leadership skills and commitment to guest services and satisfaction.
Positive attitude.
Problem solver.
Ability to work under pressure.
Must have basic computer literacy skills.
