Monitors and controls the Possible Disputes Notifications process (VAT Reporting & VIES).
Excellent knowledge of Payroll Software (handling and Preparation) as well as Social Insurance regulations as well as PAYE issues is a must.
Identifies and corrects any mistakes identified in the Accounting Processes.
Ensures adequate checks and controls are maintained to ensure quality and consistency of bookkeeping followed within accounting department.
Ensures that adequate documentary evidence is available in support of bookkeeping entries as well as for the purposes of audit by external auditors and in compliance with legal requirements.
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar position
Good communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines
