What you will do

In this role, you will own the affiliate program end-to-end, defining strategy and driving execution across our client's largest markets and brands. You will lead a team of experienced specialists, build and maintain strong relationships with key affiliates, and continuously expand and improve our network to deliver sustainable commercial growth.
 

Your key responsibilities will

• Own and drive affiliate strategy and execution across key markets and brands, including growth planning, partner mix, traffic quality, and profitability
• Lead, coach, and develop the affiliate team, setting clear goals, managing performance, and establishing an effective operating cadence
• Grow and optimize the affiliate portfolio by recruiting, onboarding, and scaling high-performing partners, as well as renegotiating commercial terms where appropriate
• Take a hands-on role with strategic accounts (top-tier affiliates) and represent the company at key industry events
• Drive data-led performance management through regular reporting (weekly/monthly), Cohort/ROI views, fraud and quality monitoring, and continuous optimization
• Cross-functional alignment with CRM, Brand/Marketing, BI, Product, Compliance, and Payments to improve funnel quality and lifetime value. 
• Affiliate platform and process improvements (e.g., tracking reliability, partner operations, ways of working; migration projects if applicable).
• Use AI and automation tools to improve affiliate performance (campaign performance analysis, partner reporting, traffic anomaly detection, commission tracking, and optimising affiliate campaigns).

What you bring

• Proven experience in affiliate management, ideally in a Lead or Head of role
• Demonstrated experience to enter into new markets and build affiliate networks, without having existing contacts
• Demonstrated success in scaling affiliate revenue profitably
• Strong, existing network within the affiliate ecosystem, including partners, aggregators, and key industry contacts
• Excellent commercial and negotiation skills, with experience in contract management, commission modelling, and budget ownership/forecasting
• Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into clear, actionable decisions
• Hands-on experience with AI and automation tools is ideal, but a willingness to learn and use them daily is just as welcome
• Experience managing multi-brand, multi-market, high-volume affiliate portfolios
• Comfortable working in industries such as iGaming, betting, fintech, crypto, or similar
• Fluency in English both written and spoken
• Right to work in Cyprus (EU citizenship or an existing work or residence permit)
• Willingness to work on-site from our Limassol/Nicosia office

Preferred

• Turkish language skills are a strong advantage
   

Note: The advertised salary range is expressed in a gross monthly figure. It is indicative and will depend on the candidate’s seniority, experience, and overall suitability for the role.
