This role is ideal for someone with a passion for hospitality, an interest in wine, and with a warm, welcoming personality.

Position details

• Part-time position
• Minimum 2 days per week
• Flexibility to work additional days when required
• Weekend availability is essential

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and host guests visiting the winery
• Lead wine tastings and provide an engaging guest experience
• Speak confidently about our wines, winery and local area
• Assist with day-to-day hospitality operations
• Support events and private bookings when required
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of tasting areas
• Process sales and assist customers with wine purchases

Requirements

• Previous hospitality or customer service experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, professional and approachable manner
• Interest in wine and willingness to learn more
• Ability to work weekends and occasional evenings
• Reliable, organised and able to work independently
• Fluent English required (Greek/Russian is an advantage)
