Key Responsibilities-

 Winery Hospitality

• Welcome guests warmly and provide a friendly, professional first impression
• Host wine tastings and winery experiences, creating engaging and memorable visits
• Confidently present our wines, winery, history and the local area
• Develop a strong knowledge of the Zambartas wine portfolio and Cypriot wine
• Assist with day-to-day hospitality operations and guest enquiries
• Process sales and assist customers in selecting and purchasing wines
• Ensure tasting areas and guest spaces are clean, organised and beautifully presented

Events & Brand Representation

• Support and help deliver events, private bookings, wine tastings and special occasions at the winery
• Represent Zambartas Winery at external events, festivals, tastings, corporate functions and partner events across Cyprus
• Engage confidently with guests and introduce them to our wines in a fun, approachable and informative way
• Assist with event set-up, service and pack-down when required
• Help create a consistent and high-quality Zambartas experience, wherever the event takes place
• Act as a positive and enthusiastic ambassador for the winery and our wines

What We’re Looking For

• Previous hospitality, events or customer service experience 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, confident, professional and approachable personality
• Comfortable speaking to groups and engaging with different types of guests
• An interest in wine and willingness to develop your knowledge
• Reliable, organised and able to work independently
• Flexible and happy to work across different locations and event environments
• Comfortable working weekends and occasional evenings
• Fluent English required; Greek and/or Russian would be an advantage
