HOTEL MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

George Tsanos Group Ltd, a growing hospitality-focused company group with properties and operations in Platres and Limassol, is looking for a reliable, skilled, and hands-on Hotel Maintenance Technician to join our team.
THE ROLE
As a Hotel Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of hotel facilities, equipment, and building systems.
You will work closely with hotel management and other departments to ensure that technical issues are resolved promptly and that our properties remain safe, functional, and well maintained.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment and facilities
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, or plumbing issues
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and breakdowns
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports
• Ensure compliance with safety and company standards
• Assist with installation of new equipment when required
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and repairs performed.
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth operation and timely resolution of technical issues.
• Assist contractors and external service providers when required
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• Proven experience as a hotel technician or in a similar technical maintenance role.
• Knowledge of building systems, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general hotel maintenance.
• Flexibility to adjust working hours and respond to urgent needs when required.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluent in Greek and English language.
