Job Responsibilities
Support the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, CV screening, interview coordination, and preparation of job offers.
Contribute to employer branding efforts and assist with internal communication related to hiring activities.
Coordinate employee onboarding, including orientation sessions, property tours, and training schedules.
Assist employees with accommodation and transportation arrangements to the properties, where applicable.
Support in preparing employment contracts and manage renewals, amendments, and terminations in a timely manner.
Participate in career fairs, university outreach initiatives, and hospitality‑industry networking events.
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with Cyprus employment legislation and company policies through the HRMS.
Assist with payroll administration by collecting, verifying and processing attendance, annual leave, and sick leave data, including accurate data entry into payroll software.
Support time and attendance tracking, scheduling, and leave management.
Provide administrative support for HR reporting, filing, and day‑to‑day HR operations.
Ensure effective communication and coordination between HR, Payroll, and operational teams.
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business or related field.
Previous experience in HR and Payroll Administration, ideally within the hospitality industry, will be an advantage.
Good knowledge of MS Office.
HRIS and Ergani System experience is considered an advantage.
Excellent communication skills.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and confidentiality
Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment, especially during the summer season
Fluency in English and Greek; additional languages are an advantage.

Salary: A competitive gross annual salary between €15,000 and €17,000 is offered, based on skills and experience.
