On behalf of our client, a leading and well-established organisation in Cyprus, we are seeking an HR Consultant to join their HR team on a fixed-term contract until February 2027.
HR Consultant – Ref. (6215/HC/ESS/CY)
Location: Larnaca, Hybrid (Fixed-Term Contract)
The Role:
As an HR Consultant, you will act as an independent and trusted advisor to employees and managers, supporting day-to-day people matters and helping strengthen employee satisfaction, engagement, and workplace wellbeing.
You will play a key role in supporting the employee lifecycle, managing sensitive workplace matters, analysing HR indicators, and contributing to initiatives that enhance employee experience and organisational culture.
This role is ideal for a proactive, people-oriented professional who enjoys working closely with teams, building relationships, and making a meaningful impact within a dynamic business environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the main HR point of contact for employees and managers across the business.
Provide guidance, support, and mediation on employee relations matters and workplace challenges.
Support conflict resolution and contribute to maintaining a positive working environment
Monitor and analyse HR KPIs, including employee turnover and engagement indicators.
Support the implementation of action plans and people initiatives.
Provide support in handling sensitive employee matters, including equality and workplace harassment-related issues.
Participate in onboarding and integration processes for new employees.
Conduct exit interviews and support employee satisfaction initiatives and surveys.
Contribute to employee engagement activities, internal events, and wellbeing initiatives.
Support Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) related actions and HR projects.
Travel regularly across Cyprus to support different business locations and teams.
What We’re Looking For:
University degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, Social Sciences, or a related field.
1–2 years of previous experience, ideally within HR, employee relations, or a consulting-related role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong empathy, emotional intelligence, and problem-solving abilities
Ability to manage sensitive situations with professionalism and confidentiality
Fluent Greek and very good command of English, both verbal and written
Familiarity with Google Workspace will be considered an advantage
Holder of a valid driving license and comfortable with frequent travel across Cyprus.
