G. Neophytou & Sons Ltd is a leading company specialising in the design, fabrication and installation of aluminium systems for doors, windows and architectural facades in Cyprus. With more than 65 years of experience in the aluminium industry, the company delivers high-quality solutions for residential, commercial and large-scale construction projects.

We are looking for an HR & Payroll Specialist to join our team in Nicosia. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional to develop hands-on experience in payroll administration while also gaining exposure to a broad range of HR activities.

Your Responsibilities

• Manage employee records, contracts and HR documentation.
• Support employees with day-to-day HR matters, including enquiries related to salaries, leave, deductions and other employment-related topics.
• Support the monthly payroll process, including the preparation and verification of salaries, overtime, allowances, deductions, leave payments and other payroll-related adjustments.
• Maintain and verify employee attendance, working hours, overtime, leave and absence records to ensure accurate payroll processing.
• Support the team in developing, implementing and continuously improving HR processes and policies.
• Strong desire to learn, develop and build greater ownership as experience is gained.

Requirements

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Accounting or a related field.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience in payroll, HR administration or a related field.
• Basic understanding of payroll and employment administration.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Good organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of Greek and English.
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
• Willingness to learn and develop within a payroll and HR role.
