AZIA RESORT & SPA, an exceptional 5 star hotel in Paphos, is looking to hire for the position of:

Human Resources Manager

Tasks:

·         Schedule, publish job advertisements and source suitable candidates

·         Coordinate interviews and interviewing candidates.

·         Implement and maintain Human Resources policies and procedures.

·         Communicate with employees and department managers regarding HR-related matters.

·         Support recruitment, onboarding and offboarding process.

·         Support the recording and monitoring of annual leave, attendance and other HR data.

·         Assist with the preparation of payroll documentation

The candidates should have:

·         Excellent knowledge of Greek and English.

·         Degree in Human Resources, Administration, or related field.

·         Proven experience (5+ years) as an HR. Any relevant experience within the hospitality industry, 

           will be considered as an advantage

·         Strong strategic thinking, with the ability to develop and execute HR initiatives aligned 

           with business goals.

·         Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

·         Knowledge of labour laws, HR best practices, and employee relations management.

·         High standard of literacy skills and very good knowledge of MS Office.
