Kanika Hotels & Resorts is seeking a skilled Human Talent Officer to support the development and execution of strategic, results-driven Talent Acquisition plans aimed at achieving annual recruitment goals. The role reports directly to the Acting Talent Acquisition Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Actively participate in the Kanika recruitment process.
• Identify and maintain relationships with recruitment sources, including hospitality schools, recruitment agencies, and other relevant partners.
• Manage the recruitment of asylum seekers, ensuring that all necessary processes and documentation are completed to verify their eligibility to work.
• Monitor recruitment software on a daily basis, arrange interviews, prepare job offers, and administer candidate tests and assessments.
• Conduct first-stage candidate screenings and assess candidates based on the requirements of each position.
• Organize and coordinate Career Open Days for all Kanika Hotels.
• Collaborate in the implementation of programs focused on team member safety, security, and retention.
• Prepare employment contracts in coordination with the Payroll Department.

Qualifications & Experience

• University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Previous experience in Human Resources, Recruitment, or Talent Acquisition will be considered an advantage.
• Knowledge of Cyprus Labour Law will be considered an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-oriented approach.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Fluent in Greek and English.
• EU citizen or valid EU Work Permit holder.
